The live oocyte collection instrument was used to observe and analyze the data of oocytes collected in vivo for 4 years. The results showed that the effect of live oocyte collection in water buffalo was greatly affected by seasons, with the best effect observed in autumn and winter, significantly higher than other seasons, followed by spring and worst in summer. The appearance of this result may be related to the obvious seasonal pattern of water buffalo estrus. According to reports, water buffaloes go into heat the most from August to November, which is the peak season for water buffaloes to go into heat, accounting for 65.41% of the annual heat season?; Research has found that live egg collectors observe that the peak season of water buffalo estrus is concentrated in August and January of the following year, accounting for 66.92% of the annual estrus. Because during the peak season of water buffalo estrus, the follicles in the buffalo ovaries grow and develop actively, with a large number, while during the off-season of estrus, the ovaries are in a relatively static state with little follicle growth and development,

Therefore, the live oocyte collection instrument observed that the total number of oocytes obtained during the peak season of water buffalo estrus, as well as the quantity and quality of available oocytes, were significantly higher than those during the estrus period, which was also confirmed by the results of this study. In this study, although there was no difference in the availability of oocytes among different seasons (corpse>0.05), live egg collection was most effective during the autumn and winter months of the water buffalo estrus season. The average total number of oocytes obtained per head and the average number of available oocytes obtained per head were significantly higher than in other seasons, with (5.88) and (3.56+1.51) oocytes, respectively, compared to Huang Youjun et al. Bo 3 (5.34+4.25) and (3.18 ± 2.89) oocytes, Zhang Xiufang et al; 1 (4.87± 1.82) and (3.07± 1.45), and Liang Xianwei et al. (5.36± 0.35) and (3.80± 0.23) obtained similar results in the study of live egg collection during the peak season of water buffalo estrus; Also with Techkumphu M and others¨ Using 9 pre estral female water buffaloes treated with FSH superovulation, the average total number of recoverable oocytes per live collection was 5.4+3.7, along with Promdireg A. et al; The results of using FSH to treat postpartum swamp type lactating water buffaloes for live egg collection and recovery of oocytes (5.9± 3.5) were similar. It is worth noting that the results of this study are also consistent with those of Huangfenxiang et al; The results of comparing the collection of oocytes from buffalo ovaries during the peak and low seasons of water buffalo estrus using slaughterhouses are consistent. It was found that the average number of oocytes recovered from each buffalo ovary during the peak season of water buffalo estrus (811 months) was 3.66, which was significantly higher than that during the low season of estrus (37 months and December to February) (2.76 and 3.07, respectively).
