The key to whether sows can reproduce normally after cesarean section surgery is whether they can be operated on in a timely manner. Of course, before the surgery, pigs need to use B-ultrasound to observe the condition of the fetus. When a sow is giving birth, if there is a difficult delivery situation, sometimes delaying for many days, it will not endanger the sow's life. Sometimes the sow appears safe and sound on the surface, and the sow's fetus may have become stillborn or even exist in the sow's body for a long time without being detected. This situation may not have a significant impact on the sow, but its reproductive function will be greatly affected, and even complete loss of reproductive function may occur. Therefore, if the sow exceeds the due date, its condition can be observed by B-ultrasound.

In order to avoid such situations, it is necessary to conduct detailed examinations on difficult to give birth pigs, such as B-ultrasound examination. If it is determined that conventional midwifery methods cannot promote the smooth expulsion of the fetus by the sow, and if conditions such as fetal malformation, fetal overgrowth, and narrow birth canal occur during B-examination, a cesarean section should be performed immediately and decisively. If the best time to perform a cesarean section is delayed, it may lead to fetal death and have a significant impact on the sow. Mild cases may cause uterine inflammation in the sow, and severe cases may affect the sow's reproductive ability and even endanger the sow's life. Therefore, timely cesarean section is very important for difficult to give birth sows. After cesarean section, it is necessary to perform a pig cesarean section on the sow. Observe the condition of the uterus using ultrasound.

Although cesarean section of sows is only a routine surgery without much specificity, the surgical process can be performed in a certain order according to routine steps. However, the situation of different cases is not exactly the same. Before the surgery, a detailed examination of the sow should be carried out, and the pig's fetal condition should be checked by B-ultrasound. Based on the examination results, attention should be paid to the particularity of the case, considering the possible abnormal situations that may occur during the surgery, to avoid being rushed and caught off guard by abnormal situations during the surgery, and to ensure that the surgery can be completed in an orderly and smooth manner.
